How do I book a pickup?
Fill in the online booking form, call us or message us on WhatsApp. You choose the date and time slot that suit you.
Is the pickup really free?
Yes, pickup is free. Delivery is free for orders from 40 DT; otherwise a small fee applies depending on your area.
How do I track my order?
With your ticket number and phone number on the “Track my order” page. We also notify you by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as everything is ready.
How can I pay?
In cash or by bank card, in store or on delivery. Businesses can benefit from monthly invoicing.
What if a garment is damaged?
Every item is inspected and tagged on arrival. Any defects found are noted on your ticket, and we handle every claim with care.
